With a blend of coaching and playing in professional sport over the last 15 years, our coaches have a wealth of experience to lead you towards optimal performance.
With a PhD in Sport Science, I have dedicated my career to advancing athletic performance through science-driven training. I’ve been privileged to work with top-tier organisations, including San Diego Legion, Celtic FC, Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, and the Northern Ireland national team. My approach combines cutting-edge sports science with practical experience, providing athletes with the tools they need to excel in competitive environments. My mission is to bring world-class training to every athlete, helping them achieve their full potential through personalised, evidence-based programs.
With experience of both full-time and part-time professional sport at clubs such as Rangers FC, Huddersfield Town FC, Bury FC, and Edinburgh City FC, my time involved as an athlete has enabled me the opportunity to compete against many elite performers throughout the years. The prospect of utilising science-backed methods to advance my development fascinated me as a young athlete, and it is now my mission to share my knowledge and experience to optimise your performance in any realm, be it general health and wellbeing or athletic performance. I completed my studies alongside my playing career, obtaining an Honours degree in Sport Science.
